▫ Cancellation Policy: If the event is cancelled by us, all payments will be fully refunded. To cancel, please use our website contact form.

▫ Booking & Payment Policy: No walk-in tickets will be available. Space is limited – early booking is recommended.

▫ Seating Requests: Group seating can be requested if asked in advance. Aside from pre-event requests, seating is first come, first serve. We will do our best to accommodate.

▫ Allergy & Dietary Requests: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.

▫ Conduct & Alcohol Policy: We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

▫ Photography/Media Notice: Photos and/or video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in event media.
